The tales of Tale 1: Cleaning Problems
--- Prologue ---
“So, we have concluded that this is a suicide of your wife Mr Edward.”
“I wouldn’t be so sure about that Inspector Max, this is definitely a homicide.” “THIS IS A MURDER CASE!”
“Looze! Are you sure this is a murder?!” questioned Inspector Max.
“That's right! And I'm going to proof it to you now.”
So this is the story of a high school detective, Looze Tale. We will be looking at how he will be able to solve crimes by revealing the culprits actions using is deduction.
“So you say. This is a murder case? What evidence do you have?” asked the Inspector.
“Now now, allow yourself to listen to my deduction. First of all, don’t you think it’s a little weird that Mr Edward’s wife is lying in a strange way? If someone were to suicide by consuming poison, he or she will be struggling due to the effect of the poison and will definitely place their hands on either on their neck or on their chest. The way Mrs Edward’s hand were place were beside her waist. Don’t you think it’s a little weird?” explained Looze.
“I totally agree with you.”
“So, someone must have definitely murdered her and made it look like a suicide. And the murder is… YOU! MR EDWARD!” claimed Looze.
As everyone in the house were shocked at what Loose said. The turned around and faced Mr Edward.
“WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?! WHY WOULD I KILL MY WIFE?!” exclaimed Mr Edward. “Wasn’t I in my office when the death time happened? I even had my secretary as my alibi!”
“Heh, that is correct, but you don’t have to be with her when you kill her, Mr Edward. What you did was to place the poison into a capsule and gave it to Mrs Edward before going off to work. As the capsule requires 10 to 15 minutes to dissolve, it allows you to get to your office with that period of time. And by the time you were in your office, the capsule had dissolved already, causing death to your wife while you are at work.” said Looze.
“ANYONE COULD HAVE DONE THAT! WHAT PROOF DO YOU HAVE THAT I DID IT?” shouted Mr Edward.
“That is correct. Anyone could have done that. But the proof is with you! There is a bottle of poison found in your pocket!” Looze deduced.
“That… That is just my medicine for my heart. I have a weak heart!”
“Is that so? Then why is the medicine for your heart found under this table?!” Looze pointed to the table behind the corpse.
Inspector Max rushed towards the table.
“Oh I found it! What do you have to say, Mr Edward?”
Mr Edward admitted to his crime. He killed his wife because he found out that she was having an affair with another man. He was brought back to the police station and had a sentence of six years in jail.
--- Main Story ---
HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT SOLVES MUDER CASE AGAIN. This was on the newspaper the next day. Looze became famous once again in school. Most girls were crowding around him, asking him about the case.
Looze is a high school student, studying in Gallant Time High School. Being a 17 years old student, he has to…… boringly goes to school everyday.
“Looze! Hey wait up! Wait for me!”
“What do you want Limmy?” Looze replied.
“Let’s go home together! It’s been a long time you know?” smiled Limmy.
“A long time? It has only been 2 days…” said Looze.
Suddenly……
“Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!” a frightening scream broke out.
Looze turn around and faced towards where the scream was coming from. It was coming from the third floor girl’s toilet. Looze ran up the stair, running to the toilet. There, he saw his friend, Emily, sitting on the floor looking terrified.
“What happened Emily?!” shouted Looze.
“The… the… the school cleaner…” Emily pointed towards the toilet.
There she was, lying on the toilet floor, covered in blood. It was the school cleaner. She had a knife stabbed through her heart. Looze ran towards the school cleaner and placed his finger on the school cleaner’s wrist.
“Emily! Call the police. She’s dead.” Looze demanded.
“Okay…” Emily muttered while she took out her phone.
Looze stood up and looked around the toilet for clues. The blood of the school cleaner’s has flowed into the drain. The blood had not dried and was still fresh.
“She’s had just been killed. Between 10 to 30 minutes ago.” Looze thought to himself.
Limmy came running to the scene and he was shocked at what he had seen. Soon, many gathered around outside the toilet.
10 minutes later. The police arrived.
“So what is going on here?” a voice asked.
“The school cleaner had been murdered.” replied Looze.
“Looze! You are here!” shouted the same voice.
“Of course! This is the high school where I am studying, inspector Max.” Looze replied, while looking for clues.
“Oh right. Alright, Dr James. Please conduct an autopsy on the corpse. And Tommy, please check if there are any fingerprints on the knife.” Inspector Max ordered.
“Yes sir!” both replied at once.
Looze walked away and towards the sink. He looked down and saw…
“Uh? What’s this?” Looze was puzzled. He squatted down and touched the white substance that was on the floor.
*Note: do not think otherwise of the white substance.*
“Powder? Yea, it is powder.” Looze felt and smelled the substances.
Looze went back to the corpse and examined it once again.
He glanced through the body and saw something stuck onto the corpse’s index fingernail.
“What is this? Looks like plastic.” Looze wondered.
“Inspector! The test results found out that there are no fingerprints found on the knife!” Officer Tommy reported.
“Alright, the criminal must have wore gloves or wiped his or her fingerprints away.” the Inspector answered.
“But the results showed that there is another blood found on the knife. One is the victim’s and one belonged to someone else.” Officer Tommy added.
“That must be the criminal’s! He must have injured himself while he stabbed the cleaner!” the Inspector exclaimed.
Looze walked out of the toilet and glanced at everyone. There, he saw his math teacher, Mr Albert outside. He was looking very nervous, and was shocked at the scene. He was shivering too.
“The powder, the plastic stuck on her nails, and the mystery blood found. Who is the murderer?” Looze thought.
Then, Emily, Mr Albert and the others walked away.
Suddenly…
“I GOT IT! I know who the murderer is!” Looze smiled.
----- DO YOU KNOW WHO THE MURDERER IS? -----
“All of you! You are not allowed to leave! I know who the murderer is!” Looze exclaimed.
“Is it true Looze?! Are you very sure?!” the Inspector exclaimed.
“Yes, I am very sure. And the murderer is one of them!” Looze replied with the strict look.
Everyone was shocked.
One of them even shouted “What?! One of us is the murderer?!”
“Yes, and I am positive.” Looze looked up. He snapped his finger and pointed, “The murderer is you! Emily!”
“What? How can it be me? Show me evidence!” Emily shouted.
“Yea! Show us the evidence.” one of Emily’s friends repeated.
“Alright, but first of all I will tell you what truly happened.”
“First, Emily went to the toilet. Before entering, she saw the school cleaner. So you went back to take the knife that you brought to school to kill the school cleaner” Looze deduced.
“Why would I want to kill her?” Emily replied.
“Emily, you made a boyfriend not too long ago right?” Looze said.
Emily was surprised and mumbled “Yes. But what does it have to do with the murder?”
“The school cleaner and your mother are friends. You were afraid that she would tell your mother. And yesterday, I saw the school cleaner talking to you. It must be about your relationship. That is why you killed her”
“It’s true that she talked to be about it yesterday. She even wanted to tell my mother. But I didn’t kill her.” Emily replied.
“I am pretty sure you killed the school cleaner Emily. What happen to your finger? Is it injured?” Looze defined.
“Uh?! There is nothing wrong with my finger.” Emily hid her hand behind her back.
“Will you allow me to see you see your finger Miss?” Inspector Max questioned.
“I found some powder below the sink at the toilet. You must have injured your finger and used medicated powder on your finger. Am I correct? I also found a plastic under the cleaner’s fingernail. She must have got that when she was struggling with you. And she scrapped it off your phone. I saw a new scrapped mark on your phone when you were using it earlier.” Looze said.
“Yes, there is an injury with medicated powder on her finger. Tommy! Go and see of there is the powder below the sink! And check if there is the plastic under the corpse fingernail.” Inspector Max ordered.
“Yes Sir!” Officer Tommy ran off.
“Yes… And there is a newly scrapped mark on her phone too.” said Inspector Max.
“Inspector! There is the powder under the sink and there is plastic under the corpse’s fingernail just like what Looze said.” Officer Tommy reported.
“Heh, and where did you get that injury? It’s from the time when you stabbed the cleaner! After you stabbed her, you got injured and went to wash the wound by the sink. After that you applied the medicated powder on your wound. But some of them fell onto the floor, under the sink. Am I right?” Looze asked again.
“Uh… No! It’s not true. Someone else might have done that too!” Emily denied.
“The truth will be out if we compare your blood and the other blood found on the knife.”
“Will you come with us to have your blood tested Miss?” Inspector Max asked.
“No need to… It’s true… I am the murderer.” Emily fell on her knees and cried.
Emily was taken back to the police station and indeed she had murdered the school cleaner to silence her from telling Emily’s mother about her relationship.
“Great job again Looze. You might indeed turn out to be a great detective. Keep it up!” Inspector Max congratulated.
“I will Inspector!” Looze said proudly.
Looze walked towards Mr Albert and said “Mr Albert, you have Hemophobia don’t you? You were shivering when you saw the blood on the corpse.”
“Uh…” Mr Albert blushed.
